In two weeks, two members of the Barton Healthcare Staffing team will be attending the Organization of Nursing Leaders (ONL) Annual Meeting in Newport, Rhode Island.
We are excited to join thought-leaders in this space to cover important professional topics ranging from “No Ego: How Leaders Can Cut the Cost of Drama, End Entitlement and Drive Big Results” to “Cracking the Code: Attributes of Effective Leaders in Challenging Times”.
This two-day event will be a great chance to network, meet other exhibitors, and help pave the path for advancing a culture of health and nurse leadership.

About ONL
ONL began as MSNSA in 1976. In 1985 the name was changed to MONE (Massachusetts Organization of Nurse Executives). In June of 2011, our new name, ONL was approved to more accurately reflect nurses’ vital role as clinical leaders. Today ONL represents over 700 nursing leaders from diverse practices across the Commonwealth. Our members employ, manage, and influence in excess of 40,000 nurses and health care workers. Additionally, they administer operating budgets of over $1 billion annually. The mission of the Organization is to provide direction and leadership for the advancement of professional nursing and patient care and for the achievement of excellence in nursing management practice. ONL is an affiliate of the American Organization of Nurse Executives. For more information about this event, visit the ONL event page or check out their agenda on Facebook.
