Job Description

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech

Job Location: Tennessee

Type of Facility: Cardiac Care Center

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Early January

Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) for 4 days per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Scrub and monitor cath lab and/or EP procedures

- Work in a facility with 11 procedure rooms (5 cath, 4 EP, 2 hybrid OR)

- Collaborate with Cath/EP Techs and Cath/EP RNs

- Float to prep and recovery areas as needed

- Maintain a patient ratio of 1 patient to 3 staff

- Utilize Merge Hemo and Meditech EMR systems

- Operate GE and Philips x-ray systems, Volcano IVUS/FFR, and Merge Hemo equipment

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience

- RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) certification

- ACLS and BLS certifications

- Active Tennessee license (if applicable)
