CT Technologist – Alaska

Job Description

Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Location: Alaska

Type of Facility: Critical Access Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13-26 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform X-ray examinations (75% of workload)

- Conduct CT scans (25% of workload)

- Handle 6-15 patients per day, primarily adult population

- Operate Fuji X-ray and Siemens CT equipment

- Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient records and documentation

- Collaborate with a team of 6 other technologists

- Maintain a high standard of patient care and imaging quality

- Adhere to all safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines

- Assist in other imaging modalities as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in CT and X-ray

- ARRT certification required

- Proficiency in both X-ray and CT imaging techniques
