Job Description
Job Title: CT Technologist
Job Location: Iowa
Type of Facility: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call duties
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide CT and X-ray coverage within the radiology department
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures for patients of all ages
- Handle 20-25 patients per day
- Operate CT and X-ray equipment efficiently and safely
- Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols
- Utilize Healthland EMR system for patient records and scheduling
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
- Adapt to the needs of both adult and pediatric patients
Requirements:
- ARRT certification
- Valid Iowa radiologic technologist license
- 1-2 years of experience in both X-ray and CT
- Flexibility to work on-call hours as needed
