Job Description

Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Location: New York

Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts, working every other weekend

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform an average of 15 CT scans per day

- Operate Definition Siemens 64 CT scanner (upgrading to 128 slice)

- Utilize GE VCT 64 CT scanner

- Work collaboratively with 1-2 other CT technologists

- Use Cerner EMR system (transitioning to Epic in September)

- Provide imaging services for various departments, including ER

- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety

- Possibility of overtime work

Requirements:

- 2+ years of CT technologist experience

- ARRT certification

- Active New York state license
