CT Technologist – North Carolina

Job Description

Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Location: North Carolina

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Early February

Work Schedule: 12 hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform CT scans and X-ray examinations

- Operate GE Revolution 128 slice CT scanner

- Utilize GE digital portables for mobile X-ray services

- Work with GE digital fluoroscopy and X-ray equipment

- Follow exam protocols set by radiologists

- Adhere to facility protocols, including patient identification procedures

- Collaborate with a team of 14-15 technologists across various shifts

- Handle a combined patient load of approximately 71 exams per day between X-ray and CT

- Float between X-ray and CT departments as needed

Requirements:

- RT(R) certification required

- CT certification preferred

- Active NC state license
