Job Description

Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Location: Oregon

Type of Facility: 20-bed Critical Access Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (3 12-hour shifts)


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform CT scans and X-rays as primary duties

- Conduct 1-2 MRI or mammography exams per day, depending on specialization

- Handle a daily workload of 10-15 X-rays and 5-15 CT scans

- Contribute to the monthly volume of 30-35 MRI/mammography exams

- Utilize Meditech EMR and NovaRad PACS systems

- Provide imaging services for patients of all ages, with a focus on geriatric care

- Assist with trauma cases

- Participate in on-call rotation

- Collaborate with a team of 4 technologists in the imaging department

- Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital policies


Requirements:

- ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography

- Additional ARRT certification in either MRI or Mammography

- Current BLS certification

- Active Oregon state license

- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
