Job Description
Job Title: CT Technologist
Job Location: Texas
Type of Facility: Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 9 AM-9 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans including Head, Spine, Chest, Angio Head and Neck, and CTA Chest
- Operate various CT equipment including Toshiba, Siemens, and GE CT scanners
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with 2-3 technologists during day/evening shifts and 2 technologists on weekends
- Handle a patient load of approximately 80-100 patients in a 24-hour period
- Assist with X-Ray procedures as needed
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety
Requirements:
- ARRT (R)(CT) credential
- Current BLS certification
- Active Texas state license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
- Cardiac experience preferred
- Hospital experience of over a year preferred
