Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Location: Texas

Type of Facility: Healthcare Facility with CT and Radiology Department

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Alternating weeks of Wednesday-Friday and Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform routine CT scans with and without contrast, including CTA procedures

- Conduct routine X-ray exams using both portable and fixed X-ray equipment

- Operate GE VCT 64 slice CT scanner, GE AMX 4 Portable, and GE Proteus X-ray room

- Utilize Meditech EMR and McKesson PACS for radiology image archiving

- Work independently as the sole technologist during night shifts

- Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

- Wear hunter green scrubs as per facility dress code

Requirements:

- ARRT (CT) (R) certification

- Valid Texas Medical Board (TMB) license

- BLS certification

- Experience with Meditech EMR and McKesson PACS

- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts

- Proficiency with GE CT and X-ray equipment
