Job Description
Job Title: Dental Hygienist
Job Location: Nebraska
Type of Facility: Dental Clinic
Length of Assignment: 13+ weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with sterilization of equipment and instruments
- Support dentist during crown and restorative procedures
- Assist with hygiene appointments as needed
- Help with implant restoration procedures
- Perform polishing
- Operate x-ray equipment
- Maintain hand pieces and other dental equipment
- Utilize Eaglesoft EMR system for documentation
- Collaborate with 1-2 hygienists depending on the day
- Treat approximately 8 patients per day
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
- X-ray and polishing certifications preferred
- Experience with crown and restorative procedures
- Familiarity with implant restoration (not placement)
