Job Description

Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Job Location: Pennsylvania

Type of Facility: Private Dental Office

Length of Assignment: 2 days (with possibility to extend)

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform general dental cleanings and scaling and root planing (SRP) procedures

- Conduct dental x-rays

- Assist with sterilization of equipment and instruments

- Set up and break down dental chair between patients

- Treat 8-9 patients per day

- Utilize Softdent EMR system for documentation

- Operate Piezo scaling equipment and perform hand scaling

- Collaborate with a team of 2 front desk staff and 2 dental assistants

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

- Current Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

- At least one year of experience preferred

- Proficiency in general dental hygiene procedures
