Job Description
Job Title: Dental Hygienist
Job Location: South Carolina
Type of Facility: Private Dental Clinic
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: 8a - 4p shifts for 4 days per week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform regular dental cleanings and fluoride treatments
- Conduct scaling and root planing (SRP) procedures
- Take and process dental x-rays (panoramic and bitewing)
- Sanitize and prepare treatment rooms between patients
- Chart patient information using iPad-based electronic medical records (Eaglesoft)
- Treat patients of all ages, with appointment durations ranging from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours
- Collaborate with dental assistants and front desk staff in a small, efficient office setting
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and professionalism
Requirements:
- Current South Carolina RDH license
- At least one year of experience
- Proficiency in using digital charting systems and dental software
