Job Description

Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Job Location: Washington

Type of Facility: Health Center

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide general outpatient dental services

- Conduct new patient assessments, exams, and X-rays

- Perform cleanings and dental re-care

- Assist with fillings and restorative care

- Support oral surgery procedures

- Aid in the creation of partials and dentures

- Assist with root canals as needed

- Utilize Dentrix EMR system for dental records

- Collaborate with the dental team 

- Manage 4-8 patients per shift initially, with expected increase to 10 per day

- Adapt to walk-in appointments during extended hours

Requirements:

- Active Washington state dental hygienist license

- 1-2 years of experience required

- BLS certification preferred
