Job Description
Job Title: Dental Hygienist
Job Location: Wisconsin
Type of Facility: Private Family Dental Clinic
Length of Assignment: 12-15 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Mix of 7:15 AM - 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shifts from Mondays - Fridays
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings and oral hygiene procedures for patients of all ages
- Take x-rays as needed, including panoramic x-rays
- Conduct fluoride treatments
- Assist with scaling and root planing (SRP) procedures
- Collaborate with dentists for patient check-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records using Softdent EMR system
- Clean and restock assigned operatory
- Assist with sterilization and sanitation tasks as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Work with a team of experienced hygienists and support staff
Requirements:
- Current Wisconsin RDH license
- CPR certification preferred
- 3-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates considered
