Job Description

Job Title: Diagnostic Radiology Technologist

Job Location: Kansas

Type of Facility: Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with one night of on-call duty per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform X-ray imaging procedures using GE Portables, GE C-Arms, and Phillips room equipment

- Assist in operating room procedures, requiring OR experience

- Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records

- Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines

- Collaborate with healthcare team members

- Participate in on-call rotation (one night per week)

- Adapt to facility needs and potential floating assignments

Requirements:

- ARRT and BCLS certifications

- Current Kansas state license

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-ray technician

- Operating room experience
