Job Description

Job Title: Diagnostic Radiology Technologist

Job Location: North Dakota

Type of Facility: Critical Access Hospital

Length of Assignment: 26 weeks

Start Date: Early March

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or Monday-Thursday 10-hour shifts; On-call nights available


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform X-ray and CT scans (if experienced) for patients of all ages

- Assist in the ER and rural health clinic as needed

- Administer IV infusions comfortably

- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation

- Operate Siemens imaging equipment, including portable X-ray

- Participate in on-call rotation

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records

- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members

- Adapt to a low-volume, rural healthcare setting

- Collaborate with current travel technologists and permanent staff


Requirements:

- Current North Dakota Radiologic Technologist license

- Minimum 6 months of CT experience (CT certification preferred but not required)

- Stroke/Trauma certification

- Comfort with IV administration
