Job Description
Job Title: Echo Tech
Job Location: Nebraska
Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: Late June
Work Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform cardiac and vascular ultrasound examinations on patients of all ages, primarily adults
- Operate Siemens ultrasound equipment proficiently
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio
- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient records
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with the cardiac care team to provide high-quality patient care
- Adapt to working with pediatric to geriatric patients
Requirements:
- Valid Nebraska state license
- BLS certification
- ARDMS vascular certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac and vascular ultrasound
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
