Job Description
Job Title: Echo Tech
Job Location: New Hampshire
Type of Facility: Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Late March
Work Schedule: 12 hour weekend shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac imaging procedures
- Work primarily on weekends in medical-surgical and telemetry units
- Assist with post-operative care for joint and spine surgery patients
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5
- Utilize Sunrise EMR system
- Operate various equipment including Alaris Pumps, Bladder scanners, Dinamaps, and Vein finders
- Collaborate with nursing staff (2 RNs and 1 LNA during day shift, 2 RNs and 1 LNA during night shift)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Echo Technician
- Active New Hampshire state license
- Proficiency in medical-surgical and telemetry care
