Job Title: Echo Tech
Job Location: Tennessee
Type of Facility: Medical Facility
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Mid April
Work Schedule: Weekdays, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform Transthoracic Echocardiograms (TTE) and Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
- Operate Philips Epiq ultrasound equipment
- Utilize MERGE PACs system for image storage and retrieval
- Conduct strain rate imaging and processing
- Apply knowledge of pathology related to structural heart conditions
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of procedures
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all facility policies and safety protocols
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and comfort during procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Tennessee state license
- ARDMS and CCI certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in echocardiography
