Job Description

Job Title: Echo Tech

Job Location: Texas

Type of Facility: Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13-24 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform complete echocardiograms independently

- Conduct TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography) and stress echoes

- Perform vascular studies as needed

- Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation

- Operate Philips IE33 and Epiq CVX equipment

- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of anatomy and disease processes

- Float to other units as needed

- Maintain up-to-date certifications and licenses

Requirements:

- RCS or RDCS certification required

- ARDMS certification

- BLS certification

- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
