Job Description
Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse
Job Location: Arizona
Type of Facility: Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) for 3 nights per week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Triage patients in the Emergency Department
- Perform ER duties including taking vitals, blood draws, and IV insertions
- Provide care for patients of all ages, with a focus on geriatric population
- Collaborate with a team of 3 other RNs and 24/7 on-site physicians
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Current Arizona State Nursing License (or compact state license)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
