Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in home settings.

• Assess and document patient health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in home health nursing.

• Current BLS certification.

• Licensed to practice as a nurse in California.
