Job Description

Job Title: ICU Nurse

Job Location: Missouri

Type of Facility: Rural Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 12 hour night shifts (7pm-7am) for 3 nights per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide critical care to adult patients in a general ICU setting

- Manage patient ratios of 3:1, 2:1, or 1:1 for critical patients

- Handle cardiac cases (excluding open heart surgeries)

- Care for cardiovascular and CVA patients

- Adapt to varying patient acuity levels

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year ICU experience

- Current Compact or Missouri nursing license

- ACLS and BLS certifications

- NIHSS (Stroke) certification
