Job Description
Job Title: Medical Lab Technician
Job Location: Washington
Type of Facility: Critical Access Hospital
Length of Assignment: 6 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 7 PM - 7:30 AM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Float between various benches including Hematology, Blood Banking, Chemistry, Coagulation, and Urinalysis
- Perform 10-20 patient tests per shift
- Work with patients of all ages
- Utilize Cerner EMR system
- Collaborate with one other MLT on day shift
- Adapt to upcoming change to equipment for Hematology in 2025
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with all bench responsibilities listed above
- ASCP certification
- Ability to work night shifts
