Job Description

Job Title: MRI Technologist

Job Location: North Carolina

Type of Facility: Medical Imaging Center

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Tuesday 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM, Saturday-Sunday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform MRI scans, including contrast and non-contrast procedures

- Operate GE MRI equipment

- Utilize Cerner EMR system

- Work collaboratively within a team of 9 staff members

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

- Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions during procedures

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Assist in daily equipment quality control and maintenance

Requirements:

- Valid North Carolina MRI Technologist license

- MRI registration

- Minimum of 2 years of experience

- Ability to work extended hours

- Flexibility to work weekends

- Proficiency in Cerner EMR system

- Experience with GE MRI equipment

- Breast MRI experience preferred
