Job Description
Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Job Location: Maine
Type of Facility: 89-Bed Critical Access Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures, with a focus on gamma scans
- Assist with PET CT procedures in the afternoon as needed
- Handle 8-9 nuclear medicine patients per day on average
- Work collaboratively with one PET CT technologist
- Utilize GE equipment for diagnostic imaging
- Operate Cerner EMR system
- Provide care primarily to adult patients
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
- ARRT (NM) certification
- Active Maine state license
