Job Description
Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Job Location: Michigan
Type of Facility: Critical Access Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Early July
Work Schedule: 10 hour shifts from Mondays - Thursdays
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures for 6-10 patients per day
- Conduct 3 cardiac stress tests daily
- Operate brand new equipment including GE NM/CT 850, GE CASE stress system, and CRC-55Tw Hot Lab system
- Carry out Nuclear Cardiac Stress Tests, HIDA scans, and Bone Density scans
- Work independently as the only Nuclear Medicine Technologist on shift
- Utilize ReDoc EMR system for patient documentation
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of nuclear medicine equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
- NMTCB certification
- Strong independent working skills
- Excellent patient care and communication abilities
