Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Job Location: Texas
Type of Facility: Medical Facility
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Early April
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures and interventional radiology (IR) tech duties
- Prepare and administer radioactive materials for diagnostic imaging
- Operate nuclear medicine equipment and ensure proper functionality
- Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EMR system
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Provide patient care and education regarding nuclear medicine procedures
- Assist in quality control and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
- Active Texas state license
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine
- Experience with interventional radiology procedures
