Job Title: Nurse Manager

Job Location: Florida

Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations of ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Dialysis units

- Manage staff scheduling and budgeting for assigned units

- Implement and maintain quality management protocols

- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and management tasks

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Valid Florida RN license

- 5+ years of nursing experience

- Previous critical care nurse leadership experience preferred

- BLS and ACLS certifications
