Job Description

Job Title: Nurse Manager

Job Location: New Hampshire

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: April 2025

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior leadership and clinical colleagues to build and implement a new oncology program

- Manage day-to-day operations of oncology services, ensuring safe and compassionate care

- Develop and manage efficient patient flow in the oncology clinic and infusion services

- Supervise nursing and support staff, including RNs, Patient Care Assistants, Technicians, and Health Unit Coordinators

- Oversee staff scheduling and adjust according to patient flow

- Manage budget and ensure expenditures align with forecasts

Requirements:

- Previous oncology leadership experience

- Current New Hampshire nursing license or compact license

- BLS, ACLS, and OCN certifications
