Job Description
Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Job Location: Washington
Type of Facility: Clinic
Length of Assignment: 8 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: 10 hour shifts for 4 days per week, with rotating Saturdays and evening shifts
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational health exams and surveillance for hazardous chemical exposure
- Perform various testing procedures to ensure worker safety
- Work independently during evening shifts and Saturdays
- Float between two nearby clinic locations as scheduled
- Manage a patient load of 12-20 workers per day
- Utilize electronic medical records system for documentation
- Collaborate with a team of 2-3 other nurses during day shifts
- Adapt to rotating schedules, including evening shifts (1 PM - 12 AM) every 4-5 weeks
Requirements:
- Active Washington state RN license or Compact license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, occupational health experience preferred
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
