Job Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Location: Alaska

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 8 or 10 hour shifts for 4 or 5 days per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient acute care environment

- Treat 8-10 patients daily, focusing on improving their functional abilities and independence

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

- Participate in weekend rotations (2-3 weekends per month, including Sundays)

Requirements:

- Active Alaska Occupational Therapy license

- NBCOT certification

- BLS certification

- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care setting

- Flexibility to work weekends as scheduled
