Job Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Location: California

Type of Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Length of Assignment: 26 weeks

Start Date: Mid April

Work Schedule: 8a - 5p shifts from Mondays - Fridays

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing setting

- Supervise an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

- Maintain 85% productivity

- Collaborate with a team including 2-3 Physical Therapists, a PTA, and support staff

- Utilize Health Net EMR system

- Develop and implement treatment plans for adult patients

- Conduct assessments and evaluations

- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements:

- Current California Occupational Therapy license

- 2+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist

- BLS and CPR certifications
