Job Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Location: Colorado

Type of Facility: Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation Center

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy services to post-acute patients

- Manage a caseload of 8-10 patients daily (occasionally up to 11-12)

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions

- Maintain a minimum 80% productivity rate

- Treat patients for 30-45 minute time slots

- Work with patients recovering from various surgeries, with typical stays of 7-28 days

- Utilize NetHealth EMR system for documentation

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in a 120-bed facility

- Participate in occasional Saturday overtime as needed

Requirements:

- Active Colorado OT license

- BLS certification

- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
