Job Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Location: Colorado

Type of Facility: Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation Center

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Treat 8-10 patients per day (occasionally up to 11-12)

- Maintain a minimum 80% productivity

- Conduct 30-45 minute therapy sessions per patient

- Participate in group therapy sessions when required

- Provide care for post-acute patients recovering from various surgeries

- Treat both inpatient and outpatient cases, with a focus on outpatient

- Utilize NetHealth EMR system for documentation

- Potentially work occasional Saturday overtime as needed

Requirements:

- Valid Colorado OT license

- BLS certification

- 1 year of experience preferred
