Job Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Location: Washington

Type of Facility: Critical Access Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Late April

Work Schedule: 5 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM), open to 4 10-hour shifts if needed

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy services in both inpatient rehabilitation/acute care and outpatient settings

- Utilize expertise in upper extremity and hand therapy

- Work with a diverse patient population in a 25-bed acute-care, critical access hospital

- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality patient care

- Document patient progress and treatment plans using Epic electronic medical record system

- Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs and goals

- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and hospital policies

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the rehabilitation department

Requirements:

- Valid Washington state license

- Experience in rehabilitation and acute care settings

- Strong preference for upper extremity and hand therapy experience
