Type of Facility: 16 Bed Critical Access Hospital
Length of Assignment: 4 Weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-6pÂ
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Fill approximately 50 prescriptions per day
- Oversee and manage two pharmacy technicians
- Provide pharmaceutical care for adult and pediatric patients
- Utilize Cerner EMR system
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of retail experience
- BLS certification and immunizer certification
- Valid California state license
