Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Arizona

Type of Facility: Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic

Length of Assignment: 13-26 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform evaluations on pediatric patients, primarily toddlers to 10-year-olds

- Provide information and guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)

- Evaluate post-operative conditions and acute care cases in pediatric patients

- Specialize in treating developmental delays in toddlers and young children

- Utilize RPMS Electronic Health Record system for documentation

- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

- Adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of indigenous pediatric populations

Requirements:

- Current physical therapy license in any state

- Experience working with pediatric patients
