Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Arkansas

Type of Facility: 20-Bed Critical Access Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to primarily outpatient cases (90% of caseload)

- Treat a diverse range of conditions including spine, orthopedic, and sports injuries

- Perform dry needling techniques (experience preferred)

- Assist with wound care and pain management

- Occasionally work with inpatient cases

- Collaborate with a team of 4 PTs and 4 PTAs

- Utilize Evident EMR system for documentation

- Adapt to treating both adult and pediatric patients

- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Valid Arkansas PT license or compact license

- BLS certification

- New graduates considered, experience with dry needling preferred

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
