Requirements:
• Minimum of outpatient experience; new graduates are welcome
• Certifications: BLS, CPR
• Valid California Physical Therapist license
Schedule:
• 26-week assignment
• Starting immediately
• 8a - 5p shifts from Mondays - Fridays
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, assess, and document patient treatment plans in accordance with physician referrals
• Follow up with treatments and modify patient plans as necessary
• Manage a patient load of 10-12 patients per shift
Additional Information:
• Facility details: Outpatient facility with a staff mix of 2-3 PTs, PTAs, and clerks
• Patient population: All ages, focusing on orthopedic conditions such as backs, knees, hips, post-operative care, and sports injuries
• EMR system: Cerner
