Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Location: California
Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinic
Length of Assignment: 26 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and supervise patient treatment in accordance with physician referrals
- Treat 10-12 patients per shift
- Review patient programs and progress, making recommendations to physicians regarding continuation or discontinuation of therapy
- Collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient documentation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patients' functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions
- Educate patients on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs
Requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapy license
- New graduates or those with outpatient experience welcome
