Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: California

Type of Facility: Outpatient Women's Health Clinic

Length of Assignment: 16 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts for 5 days or 10 hour shifts for 4 days per week


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyze patient information from referrals, medical records, imaging, and intake forms

- Diagnose movement issues through functional assessments and patient consultations

- Develop personalized care plans based on patient goals and expected outcomes

- Implement evidence-based treatments including exercises, manual therapy, and biofeedback

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary

- Provide patient education on recovery expectations and coping strategies

- Conduct follow-ups to ensure adherence to treatment plans

- Participate in monthly team meetings


Requirements:

- Active California Physical Therapy license

- DPT degree

- Experience in women's health and pelvic floor physical therapy preferred
