Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: California

Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinic

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans

- Provide ongoing care and therapy to existing patients

- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including PTAs and PT Techs

- Utilize various equipment including treadmills, tables, bikes, and an aquatic pool

- Manage a caseload of approximately 16 patients per day, with 2 patients seen per hour

- Work independently and contribute to a team-based approach to patient care

- Adapt to flexible patient flow and concurrent treatment sessions

- Utilize Raintree EMR system for documentation


Requirements:

- California licensed Physical Therapist

- BLS certification

- Ability to work independently

- Outpatient orthopedic and aquatic therapy experience is a plus

- New graduates or first-time travelers are welcome to apply

- Flexibility and adaptability to clinic needs
