Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Location: Florida
Type of Facility: Rehabilitation Center
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments for adult patients (18+)
- Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including Bioness, Virtual Reality, parallel bars, and stairs
- Navigate Meditech EMR system
- Collaborate with Rehab Techs for assistance in evaluations and treatments
- Possibly float to acute care depending on rehab census and needs
- Participate in weekend shifts (3-4 shifts per 4-week scheduling period)
Requirements:
- Active Florida PT License
- Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy
- Proficiency with rehabilitation equipment and techniques
