Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Location: Florida

Type of Facility: Home Health and Outpatient Clinic

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 8 hour shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations, treatments, and discharges for home health patients

- Schedule and manage your own patient appointments

- Provide care primarily to geriatric patients (60+ years old)

- Travel up to 25 miles for home visits (must have own vehicle)

- Maintain accurate patient records using various EMR systems (Kinser, Therapybuffs, Handtime)

- Perform 6-8 patient visits per day

- Occasionally work in the outpatient clinic setting as needed

Requirements:

- Florida State Physical Therapy License

- 1-2 years of experience (new graduates considered if knowledgeable)

- BLS and CPR certifications

- Certifications in Alzheimer's & Dementia care and Human Trafficking awareness
