Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Indiana

Type of Facility: Outpatient Therapy Clinic

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 4-10s M-Th, and Friday until 2 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients across the lifespan

- Manage a caseload of up to 14 patients per day

- Utilize the Prompt EMR system for efficient documentation

- Focus primarily on patient care, as clerical work and scheduling are handled by support staff

- Collaborate with the clinic's support team as needed

- Contribute to reducing the clinic's patient waitlist

- Adapt to treating a diverse patient population, including a small percentage of pediatric cases

Requirements:

- Current Indiana PT license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience, including outpatient therapy experience

- Ability to work independently in a rural setting

- Flexibility to adapt to clinic schedules and patient needs
