Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Missouri

Type of Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to post-acute patients

• Manage a patient load of approximately 8-10 patients per day, with occasional increases

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans

• Participate in group therapy sessions as needed

Requirements:

• Missouri state PT license (12-16 weeks) or Compact state license

• BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
