Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Missouri

Type of Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to post-acute patients

- Manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day (occasionally up to 11-12)

- Maintain a minimum productivity of 80%

- Conduct 30-45 minute therapy sessions per patient

- Participate in group therapy sessions when required

- Utilize NetHealth EMR system for documentation

- Work with both inpatient and outpatient populations, depending on their surgical procedures

- Provide care for patients staying 7-28 days post-surgery

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

- Valid Missouri PT License (or compact license)

- BLS Certification

- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
