Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Location: New York
Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinic
Length of Assignment: 26 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Treat 30-40 patients per day
- Provide physical therapy for patients with car accident injuries, workers' compensation cases, and private insurance claims
- Treat patients of all ages
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist license in the practice state
- Enrollment or ability to enroll with Medicare, Aetna, UnitedHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Emblem, and Oxford (preferred)
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred but not required
