Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Oregon

Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Mid March

Work Schedule: 10 hour shifts for 4 days per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to 6-9 patients per day

- Treat adult patients in acute care, orthopedics, wound care, spinal cord, and post-surgery settings

- Work collaboratively with at least 2 other PTs and PTAs

- Maintain 1:1 patient ratio

- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation

- Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs

Requirements:

- Valid Oregon PT license or compact license

- 1+ years of acute care experience preferred

- BLS certification

- Strong clinical skills in various therapy areas including orthopedics and wound care
